Controller: the publisher of servicofinancas.pt, reachable at info@servicofinancas.pt. This site is an independent directory and not a website of the Autoridade Tributária.

What we do not collect

No form asks for a NIF, password, document or tax data. The preparation plans have no free-text fields.

Saved plans

When you save a plan, your choices (matter, anonymous answers, ticked boxes and, if chosen, the office) stay only in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our servers. You can delete them under “My plan” or by clearing your browser data. Share links contain only the matter and the office.

Error reports and contact

We keep the text you send, the date, a technical summary of the request (to stop spam) and, if you give it, your e-mail, for 90 days, to review the report and reply. Basis: legitimate interest in keeping the directory correct. We do not share this data.

Advertising and statistics

On your first visit, Google’s consent message (the certified consent platform used by Google AdSense) asks whether you accept data processing for advertising and measurement. Only after you answer are personalised ads served and Google Analytics (usage statistics) loaded; without consent the site works the same. You can review or withdraw your choice under “Advertising and privacy settings” in the footer. Both services use cookies and process data under Google’s policies. The statistical events we send are aggregate (for example “search with results” or “call click”), without the searched text or the contents of plans.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of the data you sent us, by e-mail. You have the right to complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (the Portuguese data protection authority).
